Key Responsibilities
Perform Audit Support services mainly for Audit Confirmation and Year- end Stock Count services, including the main following responsibilities:
Audit Confirmation services

Assemble and archive returned audit confirmations
Generate Audit Confirmations (“ACs”) via automated internal system and send soft copies to Audit Engagement Team
Receive authorized hard copy ACs from Audit Client or Audit Engagement Team and send to Addressees (“Responders”)
Receive replied hard copy ACs from Addressees (“Responders”) and upload into automated internal system
Follow up statuses of Audit Confirmations and perform Chasing Calls to encourage ACs returned

Year- end Stock Count services

Prepare the proper working papers as requested by Audit Engagement Team
Attend Year- end Stock Counts of Audit Clients to perform the relevant audit procedures as assigned and guided by Audit Engagement Team

Qualifications & Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g., accounting, finance.
Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Self- motivated with a high level of initiative.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
Enthusiastic, demonstrate a “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
Detail- oriented and strong organizational, effective time management and communication skills.
The ability to apply an understanding of financial statements.
