The opportunity
As a People Advisory Services – Workforce Advisory Intern, you will support the team in delivering strategic people- related solutions to clients across various industries. You will gain hands- on experience in projects related to HR transformation, performance, talent optimization, workforce transactions & M&A, and rewards strategy.
Your key responsibilities
Support market research on organizational structures, HR operating models, compensation & benefits, and workforce trends.
Contribute to the development of templates and frameworks used in consulting engagements.
Support the analysis of client data (e.g., headcount, performance metrics, compensation structures) to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to support project management and documentation.
Assist in preparing client deliverables, including proposals, presentations, and reports related to Workforce Advisory engagements.
Participate in internal workshops and client meetings to capture notes and support follow- up actions.
To qualify for the role you must have
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills; attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Final- year students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Open to long- term career opportunities in consulting after graduation.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast- paced team environment.
