JOB DESCRIPTION
Supportthe team in procurement activities as assigned: sourcing/evaluatingnew vendor, negotiating & preparing contract,….
Supportdata collection and build supplier database.
Handlegeneral work: filling documents, documents submission, arrangingmeeting with vendor, prepare & follow up payment record,….
REQUIREMENTS
Goodcommunication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proactive,self- motivated, open- minded, organized and highly responsible
Strongskills with Microsoft Office, customer service
