JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in payroll administrative tasks as needed (contracts, data entry, filing).
Prepare payment files and reconcile payroll transactions.
Monitor and report any discrepancies in payroll payments.
Coordinate with Finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with HR systems.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Can work fulltime in 06 months.
Good command in English and Vietnamese.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
