JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by mentors or team leaders.
Support the Air Freight team in documentation tasks: data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing a full set of shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. airlines, agents,…) under guidance.
Assist in Track & Trace of international air shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior student majoring in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Strong teamwork and a customer- oriented mindset
High sense of responsibility and ability to strictly follow assignments
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast- paced environment
Able to commit full- time for 3 months
Basic understanding of import/export procedures and logistics operations
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
