BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This position is intended to build foundational skills and analytical thinking for candidates beginning their career in Business Analysis.
Support the Business Analysis team in gathering, analyzing, and communicating business requirements from users to the development team.
RESPONSIBILITY
– Suggest improvements to templates or analysis processes (with mentor approval).
– Learn and follow the company’s business analysis process.
– Create business flowcharts (e.g., business flow, use case) under mentor supervision.
– Take meeting notes and draft basic documentation (minutes, requirement lists, user stories, etc.)
– Access internal documents relevant to the tasks.
– Support in gathering and clarifying requirements from users.
– Review documentation for logic and support testing (UAT) when required.
– Communicate directly with users to validate requirements (if assigned).
QUALIFICATIONS
– Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC); Agile is a plus.
– Basic knowledge of business analysis and requirement modeling (basic UML, BPMN).
– 3rd or 4th year student, or fresh graduate in Information Systems, IT, Business, or related fields.
– Familiarity with Figma or Balsamiq is a plus.
– Proficient in MS Office and diagram tools (Draw.io, Visio, etc.).

QC/TESTER INTERN
JOB OVERVIEW
As a QC Intern, you will support the assessment of software quality through the execution of manual testing under the guidance of the QC Lead. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting bugs and issues. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and good communication skills. If you are passionate about quality and eager to learn in the field of software testing, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help ensure that our products and systems function correctly.
PERFORMANCE
– Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
– Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise.
– Assist in reviewing and analyzing system specifications under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
– Collaborate with technical team members to develop effective testing strategies and plans.
– Execute manual test cases and analyze the results.
– Report bugs and issues to the development team.
– Conduct post- release/post- implementation testing.
REQUIREMENTS
– Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in IT or a related field.
– Any prior internship or part- time work in IT or software development is advantageous.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Exposure to basic testing tools or environments is a plus.
– Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of software testing.
– Understanding of how to document issues and communicate effectively with technical teams.
– Basic communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
– Familiarity with basic concepts of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
