In case of changes in process and policy, proceed to validate with Team lead/ SME (Subject Matter Experts) and then update on DtP (Desktop Procedure).
Review and validate travel and expense claims, receipts for eligibility, accuracy, and compliance with company policies in Japanese/ English/ Thai/ Indonesian/ Korean language.
Actively participates to the Continuous Improvement Process.
Performs daily activities in terms of Employee Dispute management.
Resolve travel- related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Perform/ audit on the company&039;s travel and expense (T&E) systems within SLA (Service Level Agreement), according to legal internal/ external guidelines, and policies.
Ensures good collaboration with local unit and internal/external customers.
Books claims in ERP systems.
Respond to SNOW (internal ticketing tool) system at second level.
Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
Maintain proficient customer service with internal stakeholders.
Last- year students, major in Accounting, Tourism and Hospitality, Business Administration, Foreign Language, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Taxation know- how is a plus.
Proficiency in English communication (strong verbal and reading skills) and Japanese language (N3 and above).
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer service- oriented approach and mindset.
Basic know- how on Finance and Accounting.
Can work full time 6 months
