TAX INTERN Job Description
Others as request (visit tax authorization for document submitting, drafting petition letter, historical taxes data review…).
Assist in Service Level Agreement tracking and follow up for sign- off
Assist in payment requisitions, document checking and mitigation control
Assist in tracking monthly taxation and declaration for VAT, FCT and tax payment (if any)
Tax, invoice, contract documentation and management
Prepare materials (data or slide presentations) for tax- related training.
Support data- related projects and coordinator
Assist in Tax Obligation Reconciliation.

Main tasks and responsibilities (80%)
Create & maintain project documentations & reports
Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders
Set- up project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team
Other Responsibilities (20%): Supports Team Leader with administration tasks:
Maintaining internal team’s administrative documentations
Creating monthly working hour tracking reports

Brand Compliance: Assist in deploying brand campaigns and ensure all executions comply with global brand guidelines.
Media Production: In charge of photography and editing videos for events.
Marketing Collateral Management: Organize and manage marketing materials (banner, backdrop, standee, brochure, merchandise...).
Event organization: Support to organize marketing and partnership events (Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting, University Visits…)
Social media management: Plan social media calendars, design and produce copies and content, and performance monitoring.
Content production: Create and localize content (emails, landing pages, catalogues, PR articles) in both ENG and VN for digital usage and printing.
