Automation Intern, Mobility Sales Support Hub

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to test, validate, and improve automated solutions.
Perform basic data analysis to support automation initiatives and reporting.
Help document processes, automation workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Assist in organizing and coordinating internal training sessions (materials preparation, documentation, logistics support).
Participate in automation projects aimed at reducing manual effort, improving process efficiency and visualizing data.

Other Responsibilities

Support daily activities of the Automation team.
Supports Team Leader with adminstration tasks.
Maintaining Automation team’s documentations

REQUIREMENTS

University (Computer Science or Information Technology or Data Science, etc)
Mandatory: English
Programming skill
MS office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Willing to learn
Can work independently
Japanese skill is a plus
Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
Good communication and prioritization skill
