We’re looking for a motivated companion to support the end- to- end product lifecycle- from concept exploration, user and business research, and competitor analysis to feature specification and launch. Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) is Vietnam’s largest enterprise messaging platform, powering millions of transactional messages daily. As we expand into the next chapter- introducing new interaction templates, engagement formats, and data- driven insights- we are building a product engine that will shape how businesses communicate with customers at scale.
What you will do
Leverage public market data to understand industry movements, emerging needs, and gaps that the product can address;
Take ownership of testing product outcomes and product readiness;
Work closely with BD to support product launches and assist business clients in adopting new features;
Develop comprehensive product documentation, feature specifications, and guidelines to support internal teams and business clients;
Conduct competitor research in the messaging market to identify trends and insights that guide product strategy;
Collect and analyze feedback from users, business clients, and internal teams to generate clear insights that support product decisions;
Monitor weekly/monthly metrics to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities;
Collaborate cross- functionally with BD, Dev, and QA teams to ensure timely feature delivery and product launch readiness.
What you will need
Self- motivated, energetic, and proactive in learning and skill development;
Curiosity and interest in research or data analysis will be a strong advantage;
Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility, diligence, and ownership.
Last- year student or recent graduate;
Strong problem- solving ability, logical thinking, and solid communication skills (both spoken and written);
