The main aim of the internship for the organization isto support financial planning for Indochina markets (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia,Myanmar)The opportunity will last 6 months and full time, ideally to start from mid Jan’26.

Key responsibilities

- Participate actively in budgeting process fromdata collection to final validation with various business stakeholders.

- Support Finance business partners in daily tasks andactivities such as:

+ Prepare, control, and monitor thespending of Advertising, Promotion by brands, channels.

+ AssistCommercial MKT operation, especially in pre and post evaluation of promotions(STP), G2N, trade term plan, channel P&L.

+ Maintain operation in Sales Financeanalysis area including, Field Force Cost analysis, sub distributor financialanalysis (ROI model) tracking

+ Co- ordinate with sales, marketing andsupply chain for pre- consensus forecasting review and approval.

+ Assist MKT operation analysisincluding business case, cost and price structure, post launch evaluation.

- Support Finance business partners in review actualand forecast neutral operating capital with distributors for working capitalmanagement.

- Full Induction & completion ofMandatory e- learning module

- Any other adhoc task in Commercial Analysisarea.
Support and information provided by the employer, for students withadditional needs?

- Support in Finance compliance tasks, esp. front- endmanagement and checking of payment documents, in case needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Applications are sought specifically from studentsstudying Business Administration with a focus on / major in Finance orAccounting with good academic results (Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0scale)

The following knowledge and skills are identifiedby the employer as being essential:

- Solid knowledge of finance and business analysiswith basic knowledge of basic accounting principles, with knowledge offinancial statements and good Excel skills.

- It is desirable that applicants have previousexperience in Budgeting and Financial planning in previous internships.

- Improve verbal and written communication skills through presentation andcommunication within the business unit
- Understanding and analyzing the financial statementsin business environment.

- Problem solving skills and developing new methods of analysis to streamlinedecision making

- Insight into strategic thinking through learning business issues and how thisimpact strategy and target achievement
- Project Management skill through opportunity in asking critical questionsfrom the business users and gathering data to effectively address the businessproblem, enhance organizational skills and ability to work independently withminimal guidance/supervision.
