JOB DESCRIPTION
Support on revise and review HR process, procedures
In charge of Contracts & Employees records, tracking & follow- up
Provide ad hoc HR analyses & reports as needed
Collect information for report through direct and indirect interview/ survey/ physical forms
In charge other Administration tasks including mailing, equipment inventory, payment, requests, stationery…
Be the first point of control of all departments’ implementation of HR procedures
Support on recruitment activities including CV scanning, telephone interviewing, job fair preparation, on- boarding materials preparation, training course and recruitment kit logistics, job vacancies periodically announcement.
Support in Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax processes via system, document management and document logistics
Other tasks & reports following manager’s request.
In charge of timekeeping for all employees
REQUIREMENTS
Attitude: Cautiousness, honesty, influencing
Language: Good command of English (speaking and writing)
Education: Final year student in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance/Economics
Seniority: At least 3 months
Office skills: Excellent computer skills, especially using Excel, familiar with MS Office 365 is a plus

Allowance 3,000,000 VND/month + parking fee + laptop
