As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our sales team and unlock the next level of growth.
Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for a Sales Enablement Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales trainings, enhancing sales processes, managing sales programs, and improving sales operations. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team to ensure they have the resources, tools, and support needed to drive sales growth and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesRun regular sales training sessions (skills- based, product- focused, or market- specific) to upskill existing teams and close performance gaps.
Optimize sales processes and playbooks, making it easier for Sales Consultants to navigate the customer journey and close more deals.
Track sales performance metrics and feedback, iterating enablement initiatives to maximize business impact.
Develop and maintain a scalable sales enablement content system (battlecards, decks, talk tracks, case studies, competitive intelligence, etc.).
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to align on messaging, sales plays, and launch readiness for new solutions/features.
Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new Sales B2B hires, ensuring quick ramp- up and confidence in go- to- market.
What We‘re Looking For1. Sales Enablement Mindset & Learning OrientationExperience in SaaS or enterprise software sales is a strong plus.
Passion for building systems that help others perform better and faster.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, B2B Sales, or Learning & Development roles.
2. Strong Communication & Facilitation SkillsExcellent storytelling and instructional design capabilities.
Confident in delivering presentations, workshops, or trainings.
Able to translate product/market complexity into simple, clear sales content.
3. Cross- functional Collaboration & Operational RigorComfortable working across teams and managing diverse stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, HR).
Data- driven and process- oriented – can measure enablement success and iterate accordingly.
Organized, proactive, and detail- oriented.
