INTRO
Rice is looking for an organized and motivated Admin Intern to support the daily operations of our studio. This role helps ensure the studio runs smoothly, from logistics to team coordination, while contributing to a positive and creative workplace.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is ideal for someone detail- oriented, service- minded, and eager to learn. You’ll gain hands- on experience in administration and operations, working closely with different teams in a dynamic, creative environment with the potential conversion to full- time Studio Assistant.
As an Admin Intern at Rice, you’ll assist with everyday tasks by keeping track of office supplies, support purchasing, processing payment and join in planning team activities and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
— Support the Studio Manager in motivating and engaging team members in organizational activities.
— Provide general administrative support, including paperwork and payment processing, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Studio Manager or management team.
— Participate in daily studio checks using provided checklists, ensuring smooth day- to- day operations.
— Coordinate with outside vendors and partners to support office facility services (cleaning, maintenance, supply delivery, and IT- related needs).
— Help with meeting room setup, scheduling, and preparation for client meetings.
— Assist with handling mail, deliveries, and managing office assets.
— Assist Partners and Directors with research and coordination for studio improvements.
— Assist in improving and maintaining the studio’s organizational system.
— Monitor and report inventory of office supplies (stationery, snacks, beverages) and support purchasing tasks under the guidance of the Studio Manager and Finance team.
— Help plan and execute internal team activities, such as office gatherings and celebrations.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
— A proactive mindset: organized, resourceful, reliable, and eager to learn.
— Final- year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, General Affairs, or related fields.
— Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; tech- savvy and adaptable to new tools.
— Open- minded and culturally engaged, with the ability to work across diverse teams and contexts.
— Service- minded, with an interest in organization, coordination, and logistics; attention to detail.
— Good communication and teamwork skills; English required (all skills).
Desired:
— Experience in student clubs, event organization, or administrative support.
— Basic knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, or payment processes.
— Familiarity with handling office supplies, logistics, or vendor coordination.
— Flexible and adaptable, with an interest in creative industries, branding, or agency environments.

Rice is seeking a handy and proactive Production Admin Intern to support our production team. This role ensures production workflows run smoothly by assisting with materials, paperwork, and vendor coordination, contributing to the efficiency and organization of our creative output.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is ideal for someone curious and adaptable, with strong organizational skills and a drive to learn. You’ll gain hands- on experience in production management, vendor coordination, and creative workflows, with the opportunity for future growth.
As a Production Admin Intern at Rice, you will support the production team with daily administrative tasks and material coordination. From handling deliveries, tracking invoices and contracts, to sourcing supplies and organizing production archives, you will help maintain order and accuracy in a fast- paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
— Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
— Assist in organizing and maintaining production archives, samples, and materials.
— Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and support related logistics.
— Track and update records of invoices, contracts, and other production documentation;
— Support in reviewing content for accuracy and consistency. Coordinating with the Finance team to provide input when necessary.
— Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Production Director.
— Provide administrative support for all production- related paperwork and filing.
— Support sourcing and purchasing of production materials and supplies.
REQUIREMENTS

— Good communication and teamwork skills; English required (all skills).

— Strong attention to detail with an interest in production, materials, and coordination.
— Interested in crafting and handmade work, and excited to be part of transforming design ideas into products.
