Lawrence S. Ting Memorial Fund (LSTF) was established in 2005 as a local NGO in Vietnam; we mainly provide services and support at education and health sectors to people in need.
Currently, LSTF is designing an Entrepreneurship Program with interventions mainly targeting Youth/university students in order to both develop new program initiatives and expand our works in the field of Education. In order to collect data for this Program development, baseline survey activities will be implemented.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for:
Create offline visual materials
Plan, design, and execute the production of all event/campaign’s materials, including invitations, brochures, booklets, posters, etc.
Basic editing Canva or using any other graphic design tool
Event/ Campaign/ Website management
Support execution of all kinds of events or campaigns
Support in the management of volunteers/ ambassadors/ participants for events, contest, campaigns related to MKT & Coms activities
Assisting the MKT & Coms Officer in implementation of day- to- day event/ campaign management activities in close collaboration with partner organizations, vendors, suppliers
Manage timeline to ensure that all tasks and milestones related to the event or campaign are completed on time by creating an internal detailed timeline/ task list and regularly check progress.
In charge of CRM activities related to sending email, SMS, newsletter
Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project. Find solutions to keep the project on track and report to manager
Help to keep an eye on the budget allocated for the event/campaign and make sure it is not exceeded. Report any financial concerns to the supervisor or officers
Maintain clear and organized records of all project- related documents, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
Coordinate the allocation of resources such as human resources, materials, and equipment required for the event/campaign.
Administrative and organizational tasks required for the events or projects that related to MKT & Coms activities
Creating after event/ campaign report

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
As a Social Media Intern you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our mission and engage our target audience effectively. Your creative flair will be utilized in producing visually appealing and compelling content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts. This internship provides a hands- on opportunity to refine your skills in content creation, community management, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
SOCIAL MEDIA
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Create visual brief for specific content that require higher designing level
Help developing an innovative Facebook and other social content tactics aligned with LSTF’s brand voice, target audience and marketing objectives. Stay updated with the latest social trends & basic knowledge of NGOs work to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, engaging & educative
Monitoring and managing the brand’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.
Work with other team member, communicate & ask for help to make sure social plan is well- executed on time
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Take responsibility for social fan page management: upload post, reply comment, inbox and take care of audience on time
CREATIVE CONTENT FOCUS
Other tasks following business requirements.
Performing market analysis and research on competition.
Collecting data from online campaigns.
Paperwork management: review, follow, manage and tracking process.
Supporting MKT & Coms team in daily administrative tasks and event execution (if needed)
Support team to do daily task and during campaign/ project about creative idea, content, graphic design
In charge of content, creative idea, video script for online materials (except website) related to MKT & Coms SOW
Working closely with programs team, agency, partner, vendors about content social, creative artwork to deliver brand message and image exactly.
Basic editing (Canva and CapCut level) and an eye for detail is a must to create social media graphic & video
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Educational Background: Currently in the 3rd or 4th year or recently completed a degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Proficiency in drafting press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
Ability to convey messages clearly and concisely.
Social Media Proficiency:
Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Experience in creating engaging content for various digital channels.
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Intern Graphic Design at Lawrence S. Ting Foundation, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence through innovative and impactful design. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative skills by designing graphics for campaigns, creating POSM (point- of- sale materials) for events, and retouching photos to enhance media presentations. Your contribution will extend to support for marketing and communication activities, making a significant impact on our visual communication strategies.
Social Media:
Support campaigns to achieve target traffic, views, and interactions.
Work collaboratively with the in- house team, following social media guidelines to design posts or edit video from raw footage for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Print Design:
Create visually appealing print ads.
Design banners for electronic direct mail (EDM).
Retouch photos to enhance visual appeal.
Seasonal Designs:
Prepare seasonal notices, greeting e- cards, and thank- you e- cards for staff and customers.
Propose design layouts for LSTF brochures, project introduction handbook, and progress reports.
Residential Support:
Collaborate with print vendors to ensure the highest quality printed products.
Follow design guidelines and adapt designs for various materials (brochures, leaflets).
Support the finalization of proposal document designs (proposals, project introductions, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS

Eager to learn, possess a positive attitude, receptive to feedback, and excited to hone skills.
Proficient in graphic design; experience in video production with a proven portfolio is a plus.
Video production experience, from planning and drafting storylines to shooting and editing, is a plus.
Competent in using design/video editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor degree in design, communication, or a related major. Can work 3- 5 days per week.
Must have a “can- do” attitude, be able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong sensibility for typography, color, and page layout with a keen eye for detail.
Fluent in communications in both English and Vietnamese is a plus
