Your role as a Project Supervisor is pivotal in translating the brand‘s identity into the physical space of each new fine dining restaurant. It involves a blend of project management, design expertise, budgeting, and coordination with various stakeholders to create memorable dining environments that meet the highest standards of quality and luxury.
As a Project Engineer, your role is crucial in ensuring that the interior design and construction of new stores align with the brand‘s image and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work closely with culinary teams, project managers, and marketing departments to ensure that the interior design supports the overall restaurant concept and brand image.
Address any unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process and find practical solutions.
Ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints
Develop and manage budgets for the interior design and construction phases.
Seek opportunities to improve interior design and construction processes and practices for ongoing refinement and efficiency.
Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to develop a clear vision and concept for each new restaurant.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction.
Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for the projects.
Implement sustainable and energy- efficient design and construction practices where possible.
Maintain high- quality standards for the design, materials, and construction processes to ensure they align with the brand‘s image and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that design and construction meet the company‘s quality standards.
Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and the New Store Business Development Department.
Prioritize safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all construction workers and staff.
Create detailed design plans and construction schedules.
Evaluate the performance of the interior design and construction after the restaurant‘s opening, making necessary adjustments for future projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders, including building owners, government agencies, and technical partners.
Oversee the final touches and preparations for the restaurant‘s grand opening, including staff training and operational readiness.
Identify and contract with suitable architects, interior designers, construction firms, and suppliers.
Supervise the construction and renovation process, making sure that work is progressing according to the design plans and timeline.
Ensure that all interior designs and construction adhere to local building codes and regulations.

ARE YOU A FIT?
Relevant Work Experience: F&B industry
Willingness and ability to travel and work on projects in various provinces.
Comprehensive understanding of design and construction processes, as well as project cost and time management.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse, multinational team.
Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in project design and implementation management, particularly in the F&B restaurant or construction industry.
Proficiency in predicting and resolving issues that arise during project implementation.
Bachelor‘s Degree: A bachelor‘s degree. The specific field of study may vary, but degrees in Civil engineering, or a related field..
Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders, including building owners, government agencies, and technical partners.
Business- related Certifications: Certifications in areas such as Project management, F&B industry may be beneficial.
Proficiency in using project management software and reporting tools to ensure transparency and efficiency in project management.
Ability to identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, as well as propose and implement preventive measures.
Proficiency in reading and applying technical drawings and documents related to the project.
Proficient knowledge and experience in technical infrastructure such as Mechanical and Electrical (ME) systems, Fire Protection systems (PCCC), and Gas systems.
