As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short- term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real- world experience. You will gain practical skills through on- the- job learning in a fast- paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Tasks:
Collaborate with the team on seller education, troubleshooting issues, and providing regular project status updates
Perform various administrative tasks and assist with problem resolution as needed
Assist with data analysis to generate reports and track performance metrics
Address inquiries from AMs regarding Mall- related processes and initiatives
Facilitate internal communications, including drafting messages and coordinating with relevant clusters and Account Managers (AMs) on project updates
Support the team in reviewing seller qualifications for onboarding as Mall
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, E- commerce, or a closely related discipline
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and flawless formatting
Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Highly motivated to deepen knowledge in social commerce, demonstrating enthusiasm and proactive initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in consulting is an advantage
Collaborative mindset with adaptability to evolving challenges and a willingness to embrace change
