The Global E- commerce team focuses on content- driven commerce through live streaming and short videos. We aim to create a fun, interactive shopping experience and make global trade efficient and accessible. Our mission is to deliver a personalized, flexible, and efficient user experience while providing stable, scenario- based services to help merchants sell quality products at affordable prices — making a better life within reach.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short- term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real- world experience. You will gain practical skills through on- the- job learning in a fast- paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis- we encourage you to apply early.Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Responsibilities:- Support the team in day- to- day operations and data- related tasks- Assist with campaign execution, tracking, issue resolution, ad requests, and status updates- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely support for their needs- Contribute to onboarding/offboarding/termination processes by working closely with the VN TSP strategic team on data handling, troubleshooting, and project updates- Take ownership of assigned administrative duties and provide general troubleshooting assistance- Gain hands- on experience in cross- functional collaboration and operational efficiency within the e- commerce ecosystem- Learn and grow through exposure to real- time problem- solving, campaign management, and strategic operations
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Actively enrolled university students pursuing a Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, E- commerce, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field- Comfortable working in a cross- functional and collaborative team setting- Good Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc]Preferred Qualifications- 5 days a week commitment is preferred- Able to commit more than 3 months internship would be preferred- Previous internship or project experience in operations, e- commerce, data analysis, or administrative support- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other e- commerce platforms is a strong plus- Experience using tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Data Studio- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under tight deadlinesBy submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy.If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac- earlycareers@tiktok.com
