JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction;
Understanding client needs and provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales supports;
Collaborate with leader to secure, retain, and grow accounts;
Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; execute and maintain short- and long- term business development plans;
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
Report to Business Development Manager
Other requirements from your leader
Make sales reports and keep records of sales, revenue, database, invoice, liquidation, etc…;
Participate training and coaching scheme
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;
Collaborate with Campaign Operation team to execute campaigns and ensure the best quality of service;
Approach potential leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals with big & medium customers;
Meeting all Quotas/KPIs for calls, appointments, pitches, sales, collecting payment, etc…
REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 1 year in the same level with proven sales records
Skills: Telesales Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration Skills, Negotiation Skills, Project Management Skills
Having Social Media and Marketing knowledge is a good advantage
Hard- working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
English (spoken & written) is required
