THE SITUATION
Pizza 4P&039;s is on a mission to create remarkable customer experiences and become the happiest and most innovative F&B brand in the world. We&039;re looking for a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our team in Vietnam business in achieving this goal.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs focused on driving sales performance at the store level. They will lead initiatives to engage customers, promote new products and enhance the in- store experience across Pizza 4P&039;s Vietnam locations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop strategic Pizza 4P’s marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives and targets;
Analyze customer and category data to customize assortments and pricing by store;
Propose activation and promotional calendars and lead the implementation of in- store marketing activities;
Develop partnerships with regional suppliers and leverage local community ties.
Collaborate with store teams to execute marketing plans and ensure initiatives run smoothly;
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience in- store;
Support new store openings and refurbishments with marketing activations;
Monitor program performance through KPIs and adjust strategies based on results;
Manage budgets for Pizza 4P’s marketing initiatives and promotional programs;
WHO YOU ARE
Excellent project and time management skills with attention to detail;
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities with an eye for data- driven insights;
Results- oriented mindset with knowledge of promotional best practices;
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, business or related field required;
Ability to collaborate cross- functionally and influence store teams;
5+ years of experience in F&B marketing, retail marketing or a fast- paced FMCG brand;
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing analytics tools.
