JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
Monitors and maintains the proper appearance of the Division’s office area.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry and company.
Types, files, and upkeeps all private and confidential matters related to the department.
Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employers or appropriate person.
Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval. Ensures all files are kept up to date at all times.
Exercises responsible management and behaviors at all times and positively represents the hotel and Hyatt International.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
Ensures and practices office confidentiality at all times.
Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, senior students majoring in Accounting.
Good English communication.
6- months internship program
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
