[HCM] KEY ACCOUNT - RETAIL

Supervise contract execution, including delivery, invoicing, and return processes.
Manage Merchandiser activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Identify customer needs and find new potential clients to expand market coverage.
Complete all work plans and submit performance reports to the Manager on time.
Manage sales schedules, handle quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
Monitor inventory and sales speed at supermarkets to provide timely reports.
Resolve customer complaints regarding product quality and delivery performance.
Support the accounting department with debt collection until fully settled.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Good in English
Proficient in handling documents related to assigned responsibilities
Work location: Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of sales systems/processes and live display management
Prior experience in Modern Trade (MT) channel sales is preferred
