ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;
Develop divisional/departmental organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/goals. Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
Build- up and develop the team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees’ competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;

Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated function;
Develop divisional/departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Control, manage and approve design documents, technical specification, construction drawing design, construction method;
Manage relevant documents which are stored on company’s server;
Check and confirm payment documents (and attached documents) of the projects.
Check the acceptance and hand over works for construction stages, ensure the acceptance complies the company’s standards;
Control, manage and provide the instructions such as scopes of works, budget, quantity, quality, progress, schedule, hygiene and safety which are approved; Consult and propose timely solutions to improve the working schedule;
Preside over all periodic and non- periodic meetings (weekly, monthly...);
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on all works relating to construction projects;
Plan and manage project budgets;
Manage performance of builders, consultants, equipment vendors including technical specifications, prices, timeline, warranty/ after sale services; ensure that all consultants and builders provide the full services, scope of works under the contract;
Other tasks as required from line manager.
Participate in bid evaluation and reviewing contracts for bidders/ contractors;
Review the appropriateness of the design document and construction works on site; ensure all construction works comply with drawings, technical criteria and obligations specified in the contract;
Analysis, manage and minimize risks that may occur during construction progress; identify potential breakdowns to prevent and promptly solve any emerging problems;

Assess projects including full assessment of project scope, budget, process, schedule; complete the construction goals according to the Company’s plan;
Manage installation and supply of equipment and signage to ensure exterior signage, facade systems, graphics and paint; interior signs, image and décor components, medicine cabinets, and gondola shelving systems are completed according to company standards;
Attend professional workshops; build up networks; participate in professional associations;
Choose equipment with good quality and best prices for projects;

Strong knowledge of project management, particularly in design, planning, coordination, implementation, scheduling, and budget control.
Proven ability to effectively work with and manage contractors and vendors.
5 years of experience in construction management, engineering, architecture, or project management.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction or related fields.
Strong contract management skills.
Willing to travel as required.
Capable of managing projects from conceptual design through completion and handover.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Preferably experienced in convenience store, petroleum station, or quick- service restaurant development/construction.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, AutoCAD Volo View or equivalent software.
