JOB DESCRIPTION
Complete necessary steps for payment process, checking carefully and preparing payment order and supporting documents such as PO, invoice…etc. for payment process.
Doing 3 ways matching steps properly: crosscheck among PO, invoice and Good receipt note.
Preparing confirmation letters (debt amount, stock quantity) to supplier and reconcile any discrepancies.
Support for answering supplier’s queries.
Manage AP aging and make payment as per due date.
Booking invoice in system properly and timely.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting, major in Accounting and Finance.
Can communicate in English is advantage
Experience in accounting software.
Experience in the AP function is preferred.
Good Excel skills. (Intermediate Preferred).

Account Receivable Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Prepare and book bank into system.
Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
Perform proactive collection efforts (phone calls and emails) on delinquent invoices
Reconcile cash daily, weekly
Prepare and send invoices to customer
REQUIREMENTS
Good Excel skills. (Intermediate Preferred).
Can be communicate in English.
Bachelors degree in accounting, major in Accounting and Finance.
