JOB DESCRIPTION
Documentations:
Checking all legal documents from Suppliers following Watsons’ policy.
Monitor on New Vendor/Vendor’s closure.
Other administrative support related to products, payment, liquidation, promotion.
Manage the legal documents, correspondence from suppliers – Trading.
Payment:
Follow up the return amount/deposit on return.
Follow up and work with suppliers on pending payment.
Consolidate and reconcile data with suppliers.
Supplier & Assortment Management:
Execution of listing new products after completion of Trading Terms.
Market Survey/ Suggest new trend/ new good products/brands.
Support POG and pull stock to the store.
Generate report monthly to suppliers.
Follow up with supply chain for inventory performance and solve all issues relating price, products, quality.
Monitor assortment and item status review to have action of clearance/ return on Discontinue/ slow moving inventory weekly.
Manage minor suppliers in performance review, promotion to meet sale & profit target meeting with suppliers monthly to improve sale/ delivery service...
Implement and follow up store’s visibilities & activations, campaigns.
Sales & Margin:
Support brand to held event in store such as construction registration…
Sale/margin review weekly and support Buyer to follow up promotion/sale plan.
Support Buyer on key campaign, brand days, flash sale
Promotion QC (Pricing check/Pricing compare/Flash sale...)
Report & Others:
Generate report timely to internal for category.
Co- ordinate with other departments in the company for all work related to category.
Other tasks are assigned by Category Senior Buyer/Trading Manager in working scope.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
Service mind, good interpersonal, enjoy working with routine work.
Bachelor’s degree, work carefully and neat with speed
Have knowledge relating retail industry
Good computer skill (Word, excel, power point)
Good at English / Written & Spoken
BENEFITS
Benefit: 6.000.000- 10,000,000 VND/month + 350.000 VND/month (Parking allowance)

Duration: 1 year.
Timeline: Monday- Friday (9h- 18h)
