Job Objective:
As a Trade MarketingIntern, you will support the planning and execution of in- store activities,manage field forces (PG/Activation/Display), and ensure all brand activationsare delivered with excellence to drive shopper engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:

Activation & Salesperson Management:
Plan and assist in the execution ofin- store activations and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) rollouts.
Monitor campaign KPI performance andsummarize execution results.
Support recruitment, briefing, and dailymanagement of promoters (PG/PB).

Gift Development & Planning:
Coordinate with suppliers for giftproduction, monitor budget, and ensure inventory alignment.
Contribute to planning and executingGift- With- Purchase (GWP) campaigns.
v
Fieldwork & On- site Coordination:
Store Visits: Conduct regular marketvisits to check shopper flow, perform mystery checks, and ensure displaycompliance.
Execution Quality: Support activationlogistics and troubleshoot on- site issues to ensure the highest executionquality.

Administrative & Trade Operations:
Track budgets, manage invoices, andmaintain campaign documentation.
Manage purchase requisitions (PR/PO) andPOSM orders.
v
Social & Digital Support:
Help create and schedule social contentfor trade events, support on- site event coverage, and track competitoractivity.
v
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare monthly reports on market trends,competitors, and category information to help shape future campaigns.
v Ad- hoc Tasks: Support the manager with other Trade- relatedassignments.
Requirements:
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or relatedfields.
Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule. Willingness to work onSaturdays/Sundays for activation supervision/fieldwork when required(compensatory time off provided).
Experience in Marketing/Trade activities or leading student clubs is a plus.
Analytical Skill: Good analytical power, proficient in MicrosoftOffice (especially Excel) for data tracking.
Mindset:Proactive, open- minded, and a strong "can- do" attitude underpressure.
Language:Good command of written and spoken English.
Soft Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and goodcommunication/presentation skills.
Mobility:High energy and ready for frequent fieldwork/store visits (Office & Field).
Work conditions &Benefits:
Working Hours: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri) with flexiblestaggered hours to accommodate your class schedule.

Allowance: 03- 05 million VND/month.
