Thuê ngoài nhân sự mảng IT là khi đối tác muốn tuyển dụng nhân viên làm việc tạm thời cho công ty. Dịch vụ này cho phép đối tác thuê một cá nhân hoặc một nhóm người có năng lực trong một khoảng thời gian cố định, mà không gặp rủi ro như khi sử dụng nhân viên cố định. ADI có nhiệm vụ phải nhanh chóng tìm được ứng viên phù hợp và chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm từ việc tuyển dụng, trả lương, giữ chân và thay thế nhân viên.
ADI có quy trình tuyển dụng rõ ràng, phúc lợi, chính sách đào tạo và phát triển, chính sách duy trì đội ngũ nhân viên, vì thế đối tác có thể yên tâm rằng ADI luôn đảm bảo sự chuyên nghiệp trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ cũng như chất lượng nhân viên. Các nhà tuyển dụng của ADI hướng đến các chuyên gia ở tất cả các lĩnh vực (IT và non- IT). Dịch vụ thuê ngoài nhân sự mảng IT của chúng tôi chủ yếu tập trung vào các vị trí như: Dot Net, Java, Testing, J2EE, J2ME, VB 6, Object oriented analysis & UML based, COBOL, RPG, AS 400, SAP, Oracle, Test Leads & Test Managers, Networking Specialists, Network Engineers, Project Managers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
With several ongoing IT & Outsourcing projects and increasing hiring demands from our clients, ADI Consulting Vietnam is looking for passionate Recruitment Consultants to join our team:
💰 Salary: Negotiable
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various open roles
🕘 Working time: Mon – Fri (9:00 – 18:00)
Stay updated with market trends, proactively source talent via job boards, social networks, and other platforms
Collaborate with recruitment team and senior managers to develop innovative hiring strategies
Work closely with the team to understand hiring needs and meet competitive recruitment goals
🎯 Level: Junior / Senior (3+)
🎯Objectives of the Role
Build and maintain strong relationships with active & passive candidates
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Requirements
Good written & spoken English
University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s or related field)
Minimum 6 months (Junior) / 3 years (Senior) experience in Recruitment (preferably IT staffing/Outsourcing/Headhunt)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
