Reporting to: Senior Accountant
Position Overview
The Full- Time Accounting Intern will support the Services Accounting team in day- to- day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies. This role offers a hands- on learning experience in a dynamic, international environment, providing exposure to key areas of accounting, reporting, and financial administration.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Skills & Qualifications:
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, Eleven) is a plus.
Understanding of accounting and international financial reporting principles (IFRS) and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work full- time and commit to the internship duration.
Good at English (both written and spoken).

What Will You Do?
- Assist with Financial Records:
Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense records.
Support in recording, organizing, and maintaining financial data in accounting systems.
- Support Month- End Closing:
Participate in month- end and year- end closing activities.
Assist in bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Ensure Compliance:
Support document preparation for internal and external audits.
Help ensure transactions comply with internal policies and local accounting regulations.
- Data Management:
Support with data entry tasks and ensure information accuracy.
Assist in updating and maintaining accounting records and documentation.
- Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to the Accounting team.
Handle ad- hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
