JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition (80%):
Define effective recruitment channels for attracting a potential talent pool to optimize and foster recruitment efficiency
Perform ad- hoc tasks assigned by Line manager
Manage career sites and make sure all vacancies are updated on time
Support in data management, TA/ HR report
Conduct full- process of Talent Acquisition and ensure quality assessment, candidate experience through Posting, Researching/hunting, Profile screening, Interviewing, as well as keeping updated with candidates and Hiring Manager to get jobs done
Process Improvement & Smart Working: Identify ways to automate repetitive tasks and optimize administrative workflows.
Incharge Onboarding for new hires & participants in HR related projects
Align with the Hiring Manager to identify recruitment needs: Job duties, Competencies, Priority, Ideal profile,...
Employer Branding (20%):
Assist in content planning and content creation in multi- channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok…
REQUIREMENTS
