JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensuring accurate overseasbilling, accounts payable, and receivable.
Coordinate with internalstakeholders, ensuring statutory compliance in all stations, coordinating branch P&L, and ensuringaccuracy of financial entries in SAP.
Support the Country Finance Manager with all audit activity.
Consistentlyanalyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicating monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitoring progress, changes, and keepsenior leadership abreast of the financial status;
Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reportingsystems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatoryrequirements;
Assisting Country Finance Manager in the annual budgeting and planning process;administering and reviewing all financial plansand comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining, andcorrecting variances as appropriate;
Assisting Country Finance Manager in organizational cashflow forecasting by working in partnership with the Vertical Heads;collaborating with variousheads to assess the financialhealth of operations and establish financeand administrative systems to support operations;
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor&039;sdegree in finance or associatedfields. 1- 3 years of experience in finance.
Technologically savvy and an expert in Microsoft Professional tools. Past history of working withairlines/airline cargo industry
Ability to effectively handle tightdeadlines and operational hiccups with ease, good communication skills
Knowledge of statutory compliance.
Have financial knowledge andkeep abreast with recent financial trends and new methods developed in thefield.
