JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supporting in work permit, temporary residence card, working visa
· Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and facilities and order repair as necessary;
· Ensure that the office is physically organized and that employees have all supplies necessary to conduct business;
· Manage the delivery of pantry and office supplies/food;
· Claim petty cash & report expenses; Filing invoices, contracts and other related to operation documents;
· Arrange hotel reservation and Transportation;
· Other business duties as necessary and assigned by Line Manager.
· Supporting in Company Events and other activities;
· Maintain and update office seating arrangement and map as necessary;
· Liaise with building management for any issues or requests;
REQUIREMENTS
· Knowledge of operating standard office equipment;
· At least College’s degree (in Business Administration, Human Resource, English or other major);
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook;
· Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail.
· 3rd- 4th year student fresh graduated;
· Good English in both spoken and written;
