JOB DESCRIPTION
Partner with KOL/KOC to scout influencers based on real performance, not just follower counts.
Collect and consolidate campaign data for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with the team to develop social media content (Reels/TikToks) that prioritizes conversion- driven design and measurable engagement over mere aesthetics.
Support reporting and ad- hoc operational tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Communicates confidently in both English and Vietnamese (written & verbal).
Able and willing to learn and commit to a full- time internship for 6 months.
Have a solid sense of style and aesthetics.
Basic skills in CapCut/Canva.
Final- year students, recent graduates majoring in Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
Is well- organized, detail- oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Demonstrates ownership, integrity, and commitment in work.
