JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop sales policies, pricing strategies, and promotional programs.
Propose process improvements, enhance existing workflows, and create new procedures to increase departmental efficiency.
Provide training on new products and key selling points to the Business Unit’s sales team.
Plan product inbound schedules for assigned brands to meet sales demands, ensure healthy inventory levels, achieve vendor incentives, and secure profit targets.
Negotiate post- import sales support programs with vendors.
Drive new product portfolio development: build sales, product, and channel plans to obtain brand approval.
Develop sales and profit plans for assigned ICT brands. (Xiaomi)
Monitor and control inventory levels to stay within company requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
Less than 2 years of full- time working experience.
Proficient in English for communication and presentations; Chinese is a plus.
Preferably knowledgeable about ICT products such as laptops, smartphones, components, tech accessories, and home appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, etc.
Strong MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Preferably experienced in business operations within Home Appliances (HA) or Information & Communications Technology (ICT).
Flexible, adaptable, and strong interpersonal skills.
