JOB DESCRIPTION
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a motivated Full Stack Fresher + Developer (around 6 months of real project experience) who wants to grow fast in an international outsourcing environment.
You tackle tough problems and work with the team to deliver high- quality full- stack applications.
English proficiency (IELTS >= 5.5) is a must.
You stay on top of new technologies and best practices, and take ownership to make sure the front- end and back- end always integrate seamlessly.
You are curious about both sides of the stack – working with Node.js or Java/Spring Boot for back- end, and React.js, Next.js, or Angular for front- end.
You can communicate effectively with your team, ensure project requirements are met and are not afraid to ask questions.
You value clean code and scalable architecture, not just “making it work.”
Your strength is to troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain optimal performance and user experience.
REQUIREMENTS

Have a Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Think logically, analyze problems fast, design solutions effectively, and learn even faster.
Show passion for challenges and long- term projects, embracing every opportunity to grow through real- world experience.
Being a lifelong learner, eager to understand microservices, RESTful APIs, OOP, and design patterns.
Take on both front- end (React.js, Next.js, Angular) and back- end (Node.js, Java, Spring Boot) tasks, building real features that users rely on.
Work alongside an experienced team to design, develop, and deliver end- to- end applications.
Learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices that will shape your career as a developer.
Experience with caching systems, message queues, and API Gateways would be preferred.
Balance the ability to work independently with being an effective team player who communicates clearly and contributes actively.
You are comfortable using tools like Git, CI/CD, SQL databases design
