South Island Garment Sdn. Bhd. was Incorporated in Penang, Malaysia since the year 1975. The principal activity of SIG is the manufacture of international renowned branded sports and leisure outerwear garments. Currently, we have 11 manufacturing facilities consisting of 2 In Malaysia and 9 in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Báo cáo KPI hàng tháng cho Lãnh đạo/Ban quản lý
Kiểm tra và làm rõ Chứng từ vận chuyển (Hóa đơn thương mại/Danh sách đóng gói) với các phòng ban liên quan để giải quyết vấn đề trong khi cập nhật
Cần phải đến kho/nhà máy để giải quyết vấn đề nếu cần thiết
Theo dõi lịch trình giao hàng Cập nhật vào & ra trên hệ thống kho
Kiểm tra hàng tuần và hàng tháng bản cứng và bản mềm của Chứng từ vận chuyển vật liệu
Hỗ trợ nhóm và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Ban quản lý
REQUIREMENTS
Có kỹ năng máy tính cơ bản (có thể sử dụng một số phím tắt cơ bản và Ms Excel)
Có kỹ năng tiếng Anh cơ bản (có thể đọc và hiểu thông tin chính trong Chứng từ vận chuyển, có thể viết email để làm rõ các chứng từ
