The principal activity of SIG is the manufacture of international renowned branded sports and leisure outerwear garments. Currently, we have 11 manufacturing facilities consisting of 2 In Malaysia and 9 in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Traceability Control & Documentation
Verify that all incoming materials have valid Scope Certificates (SCs) and Transaction Certificates (TCs) issued by approved certification bodies.
Update traceability logs and maintain electronic and hard- copy files systematically for easy audit access.
Ensure proper linking between incoming TCs, production batches, and outgoing shipments in accordance with GRS/RCS chain of custody requirements.
Maintain complete traceability/ supply chain documentation for all materials used (e.g., fabric, trims, labels, packaging) in garment production.
Audit & Compliance Support
Work with factories and other related dept. to prepare and organize all traceability/ supply chain records and evidence for GRS (Global Recycled Standard)/ RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) audits for both internal and external.
Conduct internal traceability checks or mock audits to verify material flow and document accuracy.
Support the team and factories during audit visits, data verification, and non- conformance closure.
Data Management & Reporting
Summarize monthly or quarterly traceability status reports for management or HQ review.
Maintain a clear record of certified and non- certified material usage by style, order, or batch.
Support management in data submission to brands, customers, or certification bodies upon request.
Training & Continuous Improvement
Support process improvement to increase traceability accuracy and reduce non- compliance risks.
Provide basic training or refreshers to factories and internal dept. on traceability procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Office Computing and English Communication.
Familiar with ISO 9001 or ISO 14001
Having experience in supply chain, compliance, or sustainability (preferably in the garment/ textile industry) is a plus
Knowledge of certification systems (GRS, RCS,..) is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Garment, Environmental Science, or related field.
