JOB DESCRIPTION
Respond to enquiries from clientsand potential clients in a timely manner;
Other tasks as requested by thenature of the position and senior attorneys.
Perform other tasks relevant to orin connection with the foregoing; and
Assist senior attorneys/consultantsin analyzing cases, drafting documents, preparing advice, and reporting toclients;
Provide thorough analytical andpractical proposals and advice to clients and potential clients in a timelymanner;
Communicate with internationalclients and/or render written and oral advice to clients on various legal andother issues which fall under the practices of the firm, including, but notlimited to, IP Prosecution; filing; strategic advice; IP disputes etc.
Work directly with authorities;
REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to travel as needed;
A hard- working, responsible andreliable person;
Excellent analytical, drafting,communication, and research skills;
Preferably 1- 2 years (forparalegal position) and 2- 4 years (for junior associate position) ofpost- qualification experience in IP laws;
Fluency in English both speaking andwriting;
Proven track record in working withIP authorities on IP matters;
Strong commitment to client service;
Excellent problem- solving abilityand good organizational skills;
Law degree/ IP Certificate. Lawyeror registered IP attorney is an advantage;
Active, enthusiastic, and proactive;team player.
