Evidence Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Extract information from other relevant parties to gather additional evidence related to the infringement.
Collect information and evidence about individuals/legal entities and their activities through online channels or directly in the market related to acts of intellectual property infringement (e.g., counterfeit product, pirate data, etc.);
Proactively monitor the activities of production facilities/business households under suspicion or that have been processed to propose necessary legal actions for each case.
Report on the status and results of each case to the Line Manager, execute and complete tasks within the assigned authority.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line manager or BOD.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, etc.
Good at internet searching
Graduated from college or higher.
Experience in legal or investigative fields is an advantage.
Willing to travel.
Have a sense of discipline, comply well with the laws and regulations of the Firm.
Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English is an advantage.
Self- motivated, proactive, and responsible for assigned tasks.
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as independently.
