PositionOverview
We are looking for acreative and detail- oriented Video Editor Intern to join the Candid Skincarebrand team at Skinetiq for a 6- month internship program. This opportunity isideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about video editing, socialmedia content, and visual storytelling, especially within the beauty andlifestyle industry.
As a Video Editor Intern,you will support the Marketing team in creating engaging and platform- drivenvideo content for TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and other digital channels. Youwill gain hands- on experience in video production, editing, and content optimizationwhile working closely with the Creative and Brand teams.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all video deliverables are aligned with campaignobjectives and delivered on time.
• Support video shooting sessions, including basic setup forlighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Edit short- form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and ShopeeVideo following current platform trends and brand guidelines.
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, basic effects, and motiongraphics to improve video engagement.
• Assist in editing KOL and influencer video assets for socialmedia platforms.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Executive, Designer, andBrand Team to develop creative video ideas and storytelling concepts.
• Assist in editing video content for marketing campaigns, productlaunches, social media, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, editing styles,and video formats to contribute fresh content ideas.
• Work on product- focused videos to showcase skincare productswith visually appealing and high- quality content.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
• Final- year student or fresh graduate in Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle content is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
• Basic experience in video editing through internships, freelance projects, university assignments, or personal content creation.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Passion for social media content creation, especially TikTok and Facebook Reels.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of video composition, storytelling, lighting, and visual aesthetics.

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một ContentPlanner Intern sáng tạo, tỉ mỉ và yêu thích ngành làm đẹp để gia nhập đội ngũBrand Team. Ứng viên phù hợp sẽ hỗ trợ xây dựng kế hoạch nội dung, nghiên cứuinsight khách hàng và phối hợp triển khai nội dung trên các nền tảng, đảm bảophù hợp với định vị thương hiệu và mục tiêu marketing.
Mô tả công việc
● Hỗ trợ lên kế hoạch và sản xuất nội dung theo tuần/tháng cho các nền tảng social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Website...).
● Cập nhật xu hướng nội dung mới nhất, đặc biệt trên TikTok, Facebook và Instagram, đề xuất định dạng phù hợp với ngành mỹ phẩm.
● Theo dõi hiệu quả nội dung đã đăng tải (reach, tương tác, chuyển đổi), tổng hợp báo cáo cơ bản.
● Hỗ trợ xây dựng ý tưởng, phát triển bài viết/kịch bản nội dung cho các chiến dịch ra mắt sản phẩm mới, khuyến mãi, sự kiện của thương hiệu.
● Quản lý và đăng tải nội dung trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội.
● Nghiên cứu insight khách hàng, xu hướng ngành làm đẹp và đối thủ cạnh tranh để đề xuất ý tưởng nội dung phù hợp.
● Phối hợp cùng team Content Planner, Designer, Video Editor để triển khai nội dung đúng concept, chất lượng và tiến độ.
● Hỗ trợ các công việc khác theo phân công của Content Manager/Creative Producer.

REQUIREMENTS

● Có thể cam kết thực tập full- time tối thiểu 3- 6 tháng.
● Biết sử dụng Canva, CapCut là một lợi thế.
● Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt, chủ động, có khả năng quản lý nhiều đầu việc song song.
● Yêu thích và có kiến thức nền tảng về ngành làm đẹp, mỹ phẩm, chăm sóc da.
● Có laptop cá nhân.
● Có kinh nghiệm viết tốt, tư duy logic khi lên kế hoạch và tổ chức nội dung.
● Sinh viên năm 3, năm 4 hoặc mới tốt nghiệp các ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, Báo chí, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan.
● Nhạy bén với xu hướng mạng xã hội, đặc biệt là TikTok và Instagram, Threads.
