• Ensure that BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) processes are performed efficiently, optimally and in compliance with quality standards.

• Cooperate and maintain relationships with BPO outsourcing partners, ensuring that the services provided meet the company&039;s requirements.

1. Ensure the quality of BPO services

• Check and monitor the quality of services from BPO outsourcing partners, ensuring that they perform on schedule and with the quality as committed.

• Propose measures to improve processes and services when necessary.

1. BPO Budget and Cost Management

• Manage budgets for BPO projects, especially BPO outsourcing services, to ensure that they do not exceed the set budget.

• Ensure that BPO operating costs are optimized while maintaining service quality.

1. BPO Performance Evaluation and Reporting

• Evaluate and monitor the performance of BPO outsourcing partners, reporting results to management.

• Provide analysis of service performance and recommend improvements as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3+ YOE in BPO industry and 2+ YOE in Leader position.

• Organizational, planning and project management skills.

• Data analysis skills, reporting results and suggesting performance improvements.
