MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Support and back up colleagues when needed.
Create and update cost and revenue data based on agents’ requests.
Demonstrate creativity and efficiency in completing tasks.
Collaborate proactively with managers and team leaders to resolve challenges.
Handle requests from internal stakeholders via JIRA tickets: investigate issues, provide solutions, and confirm resolution.
Monitor global performance using a pre- configured dashboard; send reminders, follow up, and escalate issues as needed.
Adhere strictly to assigned tasks to ensure high performance.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Patient, detail- oriented, and responsible; able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
College degree or higher in Logistics or Information Technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with CW1 system and JIRA is preferred.
Well- organized with strong critical thinking and information retrieval skills.
A team player with a proactive and supportive attitude.
Background in global freight forwarding is an advantage.
