JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
We are looking for a Merchandise Intern to support day- to- day merchandising execution by working closely with suppliers and internal teams. This role is hands- on and detail- driven, focused on following up samples and production progress, keeping information accurate, and ensuring timelines are tracked and visible.
You will assist the Merchandiser in coordinating sample status, production milestones, and documentation, while learning how merchandising operations work in real commercial settings. This role is suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and willing to follow through on tasks—not just wait for instructions.
What you&039;ll do
Collect and organize production progress photos for Merchandiser review.
Work closely with suppliers to support merchandiser in following up sample status with suppliers, including ready dates, collecting photos based on guidelines, arranging sample shipment, attaching tags, and keeping PPS photo records.
Assist in production follow- up by checking basic information under guidance, tracking timeline, and reminding related parties about label readiness and inspection schedules.
REQUIREMENTS

Critical thinking mindset: Able to propose solutions and is open to expressing opinions and raising issues.
Final grade or fresh graduate in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Merchandise, or similar relevant fields.
Strong attention to detail in follow- ups and documentation.
Strong communication in Vietnamese and English
Basic problem- solving skills, able to identify issues and escalate clearly.
Proficient Excel, Outlook Office
Well- organized and detail- oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
Fast response with a supportive mindset toward teams and suppliers.
Nice to have
Having minimum 03- 06 months of experience working in a factory/trading office as a Merchandise/Procurement Intern is a plus
AI/3D design skill is a plus
