JOB DESCRIPTION
Checking the quantity and quality product before import the warehouse from Trasas, other suppliers for Alchemy, BBC and NFG.
Other ad- hoc tasks as requested to Coordinator, preparing the order.
Update the Delivery Status on Link Deli
Supporting QC to collect, reorder and store the copy delivery documents.
Supporting QC to check goods before leaving warehouse to ensure the correct quantity, product as Delivery Note for Alchemy, BBC & NFG.
Check stock, size, stamp, barcode as required (if any) from BOD, Sale, MKT,…
Checking the status of btl (label, customs stamp, barcode, customs declaration matches btl stamp for MT’s orders, provincial delivery orders,…
REQUIREMENTS
Passion, hard- working, willing to learn.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
High level of English written and spoken.
Open for 4th year student or fresher in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Business major.
Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm).
