JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with the warehouse team to inspect cargo quality prior to receipt, including requesting cargo photos before unstuffing or loading.
Handle daily PO/PQ, Goods Issue (GI), and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in the SAP system.
Support the warehouse team in preparing documentation for customs declarations and audit reports.
Daily record on the in/out Lot numbers transaction & keep track of the stocks Inward, Outward and perform the Inventory reconciliation with warehouse/ SAP system.
Support the PO team in reviewing and verifying documents such as bills and permits.
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team- oriented environment.
Intermediate proficiency in English across all skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Support ASCM to track and monitor inventory levels (In/out record)
Support ASCM to manage and identify the inventory discrepancies.
Support ASCM to generate the sales report/ forecast from markets/departments
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about supply chain operations.
Support ASCM to maintain accurate and up- to- date inventory records and documentation
Supporting the warehouse in document preparation for customs report and document for Audit reports
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong analytical and having good sense of numbers
Able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of inventory control techniques and some data analysis tool
