JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in implementing Partnership campaigns
Track the progress of campaigns, ensuring alignment with internal departments & assist campaign operations
Collaborate with partners to prepare materials, contracts, and communication plans
Market & Business Research for Partnership & Loyalty
Analyze partnership campaign ideas from local and international markets for potential adaptation
Conduct market research and propose innovative ideas to enhance Tam Sơn’s Loyalty Program
Conduct research to identify potential partners in banking, real estate, luxury lifestyle, etc.
Event & workshop assistance
Record event details and feedback, and assist in preparing post- event reports
Coordinate with Marcom, Retail, and Store teams to prepare materials, gifts, and promotions for smooth execution
Assist with on- site logistics, including guest check- in and welcoming attendees
Manage guest lists, send invitations, and confirm attendance for events and workshops
Support other loyalty program tasks
Do market study & provide fresh ideas to improve Tam Son Loyalty program
Support execution & operation of Tam Son Loyalty program
Support CRM administrative tasks

Knowledge & Qualifications
Final- year student in Business, Banking, Economics or related fields
Knowledge of CRM systems and loyalty program operations is a plus
Full- time, 6- month internship (Monday–Friday)
