Social Insurance (SI) Management
Ensure timely submission of documents (within 3 working days upon receiving all required papers).
Monitor SI changes: Prepare a monthly list of increases/decreases/adjustments and submit reports before the 18th of each month.
Declare and process SI benefit claims for employees (sick leave, maternity, convalescence, retirement, etc.).
Verify and update insurance information; provide support to employees on related issues.
Personal Income Tax (PIT) Management
Declare and update tax information via the electronic tax system.
Prepare data for the annual personal income tax finalization.
Liaise with tax authorities and inspectors upon request.
Register tax identification numbers (TINs) for new employees.
HR Documentation Support & Design
Design process guides for SI & PIT using Canva or PowerPoint.
Assist in drafting training materials and infographics on benefits policies, tax and insurance instructions.
Create clear, visually engaging documents for internal communications.
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
*** REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
Proficient in Excel and Word for data consolidation and reporting.
Having experience in HR, social insurance, or personal income tax is an advantage.
Candidates with skills in creating infographics and professional presentation slides are preferred.
6- month full- time internship (Monday- Friday)
Detail- oriented, meticulous, and good at time management.
Good level in English.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with government agencies.
