Administer our new community forum
Define KPIs to effectively measure CX operation efficiency and propose ways to improve our process
Administer Salesforce platform, specifically our Service Cloud module and maintain data integrity and accuracy, user profiles & roles setup, reporting & dashboards and continuously find areas of improvements in CX current workflow.
Collaborate with different teams within OPSWAT to ensure CX initiatives are on track
Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness our customer- facing portals as well as customer satisfaction
Migrate all reports from Klipfolio to PowerBI and maintain the new reporting platform
Manage our new knowledge center, responsible for rewriting technical documentation, user guide, FAQs for both customers and AI chatbot

Very good English proficiency (both verbal and written) and people skills
Experience with CMS/Knowledge Base systems
Strong experience in data analysis and reporting skills (PowerBI, SQL)
Experience with Salesforce platform, preferably Service module

Certifications in Salesforce & Power BI
Experience with Google Analytics
Flow chart design & process documentation
Experience in project management, Agile methodology
