Legal Admin Full- time
Duties and responsibilities
include, but are not limited to
Translate thedocuments into English, Vietnamese
Assist Marketing towrite the legal content to post on LinkedIn, Facebook, company’s website …
Other admin tasks
Assist the legalprocedures including but not limited to researching, drafting legal documents,receive the dossiers from clients,…
Record and monitorinternal contracts of the company.
Draft proposals, andcontracts and send debit notes to clients.
Monitor, and submitdocuments and reports about the operation of the company in accordance with thelaw.
REQUIREMENTS
Competent in English skills.
Careful, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible
Ability to work under high pressure, work overtime if required
Proficient in office skills
Graduates from universities. Major: Law, Law Administration.
Know how to plan and organize your workeffectively
Ability to work independently and work inteams.
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Internet)
Fast manners, friendly and good communication skills.
