JOB DESCRIPTION
INTERNSHIP OFFER – Key Account Intern
Position: Key Account Intern
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Equipment: Intern must bring and use their own laptop
Reporting to: Team Leader
Department: Operations Department
Compensation: No base salary; monthly performance bonus of VND 5,000,000 for exceptional work
Location: 124 Dien Bien Phu (2/F), Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (District 1)
Work Arrangement: Full- time- Onsite (8:30am – 5:30pm, Mon- Fri). Lunch break 12:00 p.m- 1:30 p.m
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with internal legal teams to ensure smooth execution of client matters and timely service delivery.
Prepare, organize, and manage client reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation accurately and efficiently.
Report directly to the Team Leader and support day- to- day client engagement activities, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and maintaining targeted levels of client satisfaction.
Coordinate with Legal, Payroll and Accounting Departments to address client inquiries and facilitate effective resolution of issues.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the Team Leader, providing updates on client status and ongoing tasks.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and client updates to ensure service commitments are met.
REQUIREMENTS
Recent graduate/postgraduate or in the process of completing a degree (including postgraduate) in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
Working understanding of client engagement and servicing protocols and how businesses operate.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with particular focus on understanding and communicating effectively across various foreign accents.
Proactive, energetic team- player who thrives under pressure and who is accustomed to being thrown- in at the deep end of a fast- paced working environment.
Good working knowledge and execution of Microsoft Office, having ability or experience in using CRM software is a plus.
Effective oral and written communication skills, able to work with both cross- departmental teams and clients.
