JOB DESCRIPTION
I– DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Finance and ActuarialDepartment, the positionisresponsible for daily GL booking, managing cash funds, testing andimplementation Finance projects, and other tasks assigned by AccountingManager. High responsibility in handling assigned duties is essential.Employees will receive training in both hard and soft skills during this periodand will be responsible for assigned tasks by Supervisor/ Accounting Manager.
· Managethe cash funds, update fund balance and request to refill the funds, ifnecessary.
· Support supervisor to calculate commission, bonus foragents, brokers.
· Testingand implementation projects of Finance and Accounting (TPA)
· Others
· Dailyfilling all document of Finance and Accounting
· Inputdata for GL booking.
REQUIREMENTS
II- QUALIFICATIONS
· Honest and ethic with high levels of integrity and confidentiality;
· Proficient computer, especially MS Office, PowerBI.
· Carefulness and detail oriented and teamwork
· Able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms
· University major in Accounting & Finance or related fields is a plus;
